It is a multisport fundraising event requiring participants to travel 300 km around Hong Kong by running, cycling and trail running.
The pandemic has caused us pressure of various sorts and tremendously affected our lives in the past 3 years. People can no longer stay close to others like the way we did before. With this fundraising event, we hope that you can be one of the participants and on top of it, you can use 3 minutes every week to reconnect with 3 family and friends and show them your care.
一個用跑步+單車+越野跑方式環繞全香港一周300公里的籌款活動。
經歷近三年的疫情,我們的生活都受到不少負能量影響,壓力爆煲!人與人之間的關係都比從前疏離了。透過我們的活動,希望你除了用身體力行參與活動之外,也鼓勵你每星期用3分鐘,關心你身邊的3個朋友,重建人與人的聯繫!
A) Way to sponsor: To support Tom, you can sponsor each kilometer he completes from HK$1 to HK$10.
B) You can also sponsor yourself or your family and friends completing 3 km or more. Each kilometer can be sponsored from HK$10 to HK$200.
C) You can appear at the Support Point and show Tom your support. We are also grateful if you can simply run or cycle along with Tom and other participants.
A) 贊助方式: 給予tom支持,贊助款項由每公里港幣 1元至港幣10元都可以,共300公里,隨你選擇。
B) 也可以贊助你自己或者你身邊的朋友跑步三公里或以上,由每公里港幣10元至港幣200元都可以
C) 可以身體力行,在沿途的各個支援點 support tom。 如果你願意陪伴跑步或者單車路段, 也非常感恩。
Ways of donation:
After providing the information required on this website, donations can be made by
• Credit card
• Bank deposit or FPS (Please enter the promotion code “PAYDIRECT” and keep the proof of money transfer. Donations will be acknowledged within 48 hours).
All donations, after deducting credit card processing fees, will go to Thrive Hong Kong Charitable Limited (IR Ref.: 91/16799). I will not charge service fee of any sort or administration fee. Thrive Hong Kong Charitable Limited will issue official donation receipts. Donation of HK$100 or above is tax deductible.

I'm Tom chow. I used to be a person who didn't love sports. As an ordinary office guy, I took part in the 10K race by chance and fell in love with running from then on. And sometimes I will hold free and paid running activities and training .
In the past, I even couldn't hit the football when I put it in front of my feet! Because I am ordinary. From the beginning, I ran 10 kilometers, 50 kilometers or even 100 kilometers, each of which is a psychological gateway. But it is also the cultivation of perseverance. with my experiences, I hope I can motivate people around me. I believe I can, everyone can! There is a saying that often encourages yourself: "you are much better than you think!"
我、TOM CHOW、鄒啟樟,從前是一個不愛運動的人,作為一個平凡不過白領人士,一個偶然機會參加了十公里比賽,從此愛上了跑步。而我間中會不時舉辦免費以及收費跑步活動及訓練。
從前的我,足球放在腳前也可以踢不中!就是因為我平凡,由開始時跑10公里、50公里甚至100公里,每一個都是心理關口。但也是毅力的培養。作為過來人,我希望可以感染身邊的人健康康動起來。我相信我可以,大家都可以!有一句常鼓勵自己的說話「你比你想像中好得多!」You are much better than you think!
To show our gratitude in the most humble way and memorialise your donation, all donors and participants will be presented a wood carved souvenir.
作為籌款活動,我們實在不敢浪費,但還是想聊表心意,也做個紀念。所以,我們準備了 一個木雕紀念牌,給所有捐款善心者以及路面支援參加者,跟我們一同作個見證!

Point to note:
All participants should read the following rules and regulations and are deemed to have agreed to abide by them when they submit the application forms.
General rules and regulations
1. Accompanying runners or supporters should prepare sufficient resources, and provide runners with necessary assistance when possible.
2. If accompanying runners or supporters cannot make it to the event, they should inform the person concerned as early as possible so that appropriate arrangement can be made.
3. Littering is not allowed along the event route.
4. Damaging plants or disturbing birds and animals is not allowed.
5. Accompanying runners or supporters should keep in mind their own and other people’s safety. They should at all times pay attention to other road users and take extra care when crossing roads and running on roads with vehicles.
6. Accompanying runners or supporters are advised to decide whether it is essential to purchase personal accident insurance before the event.
7. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the routes and/or other arrangements.
8. Accompanying runners or supporters should provide the organiser with true and accurate information.
9. All donations made will not be refunded.
10. All donations, after deducting credit card processing fees, will go to Thrive Hong Kong Charitable Limited. I will not charge service fee of any sort or administration fee. Thrive Hong Kong Charitable Limited will issue official donation receipts. Donation of HK$100 or above is tax deductible.
11. In case of adverse weather condition or unexpected circumstance, the organiser will assess safety issues when deciding whether or not to postpone the event.
12. Donors can sponsor a friend or family member to run, but approval should be sought from the sponsored in advance.
13. Upon completion of running, the sponsored should upload the running record for information processing.

15. Participants should confirm that they are healthy and physically fit to participate in this event. They should have understood the physical requirements for the event when submitting the application. Participants should be solely responsible for all the potential safety risks associated with the event. The organiser bears no responsibility and no compensation will be paid in case of injuries or deaths resulting from the event.

11. 如遇上黃雨、紅雨、黑雨、三號風球、八球風球、雷暴、山泥傾瀉、山火、示威、封路或其他惡劣天氣下,大會會考慮安全因數,而決定是否改期進行。

Cancellation of the event
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or cut short the event at any tie when the following circumstances arise:- Unfavorable road conditions such as landslide, rockfall and hill fire
- Demonstrations or event routes being cordoned off
In the events of force majeure, including but not limited to any act of God, war, hostility, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, rampage, strike, sabotage, lockdown, blocked road or path, outbreak of disease and act of terrorism, the organizer will assess safety issues when deciding whether or not to postpone the event.
取消活動
根據以下原因,大會有權保留取消或縮短活動的權力:
A. 不利的天氣情況
山泥傾瀉、大量落山及比賽路線發生山火
B. 抗議示威或路線被封閉

Suggested equipment for accompanying runners or cyclists
Accompanying runners or cyclists are advised to pay attention to safety during the event and bring along with them the items listed below:
1. A fully charged cell phone (The phone number should be the same as the one provided on the application form. In case of any change, please inform the organiser by email.)
2. Some cash
3. At least 500ml of drinking water
4. An energy bar / one serving of meal
5. Zip lock bag for keeping own trash
陪行者建議裝備
活動進行期間,陪行者必須注意安全,並建議攜帶下列裝備表供參考。
